Gold Standard Training - It's all about your Centre...


Following on from the Bronze World Host training and 'Supporting our Customers with Additional Needs' at Silver level, 2018 has seen the lauch of the Gold level training ' Enhancing our Customers Experience'.....

This training is completely bespoke to your Shopping Centre and you will be asked to complete a pre-course questionnaire to discuss with your trainer prior to the course being held, to ensure that the whole day is structured around your centre and it's customers!

The course covers the areas of Customer journey, Retail Mix, Social Media, Mystery shop and challenges to our Centres.
