The new Property Management MyLearning portal has launched and is accessible by heading to pmlearning.savills.com/login now. The portal is personalised to your role when you log in, meaning key mandatory and role-specific training modules appear when you enter the site. Be sure to have a look around our new portal and ensure you have completed mandatory modules as soon as possible.
We're through January sales and Valentines Day rush, now is a great time to outline the needs of the retail side of the business in terms of learning and development. We are currently working on an exciting piece of work to support shopping centre managers, as well as evaluating the current situation within our Customer Service standard across the UK. It is vital to us that our sites have the tools, skills and knowledge that they need to maximise their customers' experiences, and March is expected to be one of our busiest months in terms of delivery for Bronze, Silver and Gold training.
