Your People Management Pathway is split into 3 sections:
KEEPING UP TO DATE WITH PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Understanding Savills HR policies is key from day one, and its just as important to make sure you keep yourself up to date as policies and legislation change. This one day face to face course will give you an overview of the processes we use to manage your staff and keep you fully updated on how these are evolving, and how this affects your responsibilities as a line manager.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT - CORE SKILLS
Each manager brings experience with them to their role, taking this into account the Core Skills of our People Management Pathway can be undertaken in a variety of ways. Training solutions are designed for you to undertake at the level appropriate for you. Taking your previous experience into account, you will need to attend either a Webinar or a Full Day face to face course in each of the Core Skills areas which are appropriate to your role.
