The most useful part for me was being able to understand the basic factors that trigger conflict, and then how to defuse and de-escalate situations.

I found that receiving coaching helped me throughout the 12 months of my involvement, to plan time out and step away from the business to discuss my personal achievements, frustrations and future objectives.
